Kungfu Dawg is the gourmet food booth of owner and operator Stephen Payne (a.k.a Kungfu). At Parts and Labour in Toronto, Stephen was the head of the restaurant’s Charcuterie Program and developed a frankfurter which he naturally turned into his childhood favourite, CORNDAWGS!
The star of Kungfu Dawg is its ORIGINAL RECIPE DAWG - an all pork and beef frank with no filler, housed inside a real casing! This dawg has a great flavour with its unique spice blend and will stand up to the best hot dogs out there!
At Kungfu Dawg all toppings are homemade from fresh produce and from Ontarian producers when possible. Our artisanal toppings can be loaded any way the customer likes and are also offered in set flavor combos.
